They're for breakfast. They're for lunch. They're for dinner (well, supper at my house). They're grains and pastas. Wheat, barley, rice, oats, corn - we love them all, and they make up a huge part of our diet. Inexpensive and easy to prepare, this food group is a favorite of all ages!
