Beef MarinadeThis beef marinade is perfect for steak tips or sirloin grillers (which are about 1/2 pound each). The marinade will do a pound or two or beef. Tastes a LOT like the 99 Steak House's recipe. (This is a local New England Restaurant) The third tablespoon of soy sauce gives it that bold, steakhouse flavor. Cut down to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to lower the sodium. This recipe is a bit salty for me, so go easier on the steak seasoning and/or soy sauce and add it in until it tastes right.
Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons olive oil 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar 1 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 1/2 cup water Directions: Combine the ingredients in a small bowl or cup. Place steak tips or other meat into a zip lock bag. Pour the marinade into the bag and seal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Rub the meat gently with the marinade. Refrigerate and marinate for at least a few hours. |
